Title:  Assistant Manager, Finance

Job Description

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and scenario analysis
• Perform financial, profitability and variance analysis, providing clear insights to management
• Partner with Shared Services to resolve finance process and operational issues
• Review and evaluate CAPEX proposals
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for Finance, including the use of AI‑enabled tools
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects and special assignments as required by management

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or recognised professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant FP&A experience in large‑scale commercial organisations and/or Big 4 audit firms
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS
• Highly system‑savvy, with hands‑on experience in SAP, Hyperion, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure to AI and digital productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Agentic AI, is an advantage
• Strong accounting foundation with a business mindset
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders across levels
• A proactive, positive, and collaborative team player with a growth mindset
