Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies, policies and accident-prevention initiatives for Commercial Aerospace Corporate level Quality Management System (QMS). Reporting directly to Policy & Accident Prevention Section Manager.
  • Establish performance strategies and measurement frameworks to monitor Global Business Units’ Q&S Key Performance targets.
  • Develop Corporate level directives, frameworks & programs to ensure operational standards are established for our global Business Units to meet international standards, statutory and aviation authorities’ requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate incident/accident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Lead, manage and maintain an independent corporate quality audit system to perform assessment and audits.
  • Support of Business Continuity Management (ISO 22301) for Corp Q&S  and Group/CA Sustainability reporting (ISO14061 & ISO5001).
  • Develop or implement digitalisation management systems, perform data analysis to drive innovative improvement initiatives.

 

 

Knowledge/ Skills/ Competencies Required:

  • Knowledge and experienced in Civil Aviation Quality & Safety Management Systems and regulations.
  • Strategic thinking and systems management skills
  • Leadership: perceptive, reliable, and resourceful
  • Minimum 4 yrs experience in Part 145 AMO
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Aerospace
  • Qualified / Certified QA Lead auditor.
  • Part 145 B1 Licence Aircraft Engineer (LAE) preferred.
