ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd provides all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build and provide facility management service for mission critical environments such data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.

Be Part of Our Success

• Lead ILS activities during the project tendering phase, including the preparation of ILS plans, costing, and schedules.
• Act as the primary interface with customers and internal stakeholders for ILS matters across the project lifecycle.
• Manage the delivery of ILS packages throughout project execution to ensure contractual, operational, and technical compliance.
• Ensure lifecycle supportability, cost-effectiveness, and operational readiness of the system or equipment being delivered to the customer.

Project Tendering and Proposal Support

• Analyze customer RFPs and RFIs to derive ILS requirements.
• Develop and submit ILS proposal documentation, including support concept, LSA approach, spares modeling, obsolescence plan, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to align logistics deliverables with technical and contractual scopes.
• Present ILS elements in bid reviews and clarify requirements during customer evaluations.

Integrated Logistics Project Management

• Develop and execute ILS work packages, including project schedules, deliverables, resource plans.
• Track ILS milestones and ensure on-time delivery of documentation such as:
• Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
• Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
• Technical Publications / Manuals
• Training Packages
• Spare Parts Lists and Provisioning
• Ensure ILS deliverables meet customer and regulatory requirements (e.g., MIL-STD).

Team Management

Lead a team with support from various project team.

Qualities We Value

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in integrated logistics support, preferably in Defence, Aerospace, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Strong knowledge of ILS standards (e.g., MIL-STD-1388, DEF STAN 00-600, ISO 10007).
• Proven experience in lifecycle support planning, supply chain optimization, and sustainment programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
