Be Part of Our Success
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works of integrated systems consisting of electrical, mechanical and electronic subsystems in both indoor and outdoor environment
- Provide technical support and on-site assistance for system issues
- Participate in pre-sale support
- Conduct bench diagnostic, evaluation and repair of system equipment
- Support project management activities, including attending project meetings with customers and managing work packages
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, manuals and reports
- Prepare technical training materials and conduct training sessions for team / customers / end-users
Qualities We Value
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issue in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Able to handle and operate test equipment like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership and team management skill to lead and motivate the team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, management and customers
- Valid Class 3 driving licence would be advantageous
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
