About our Line of Business – Mission Software & Services 

Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our client’s innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. We provide intelligent, actionable insights and sustainable solutions to our valued partners in diverse industries including defence, government, and commercial sectors.

 

Be Part of Our Success 

  • Provide maintenance and support for Customers' Enterprise IT Network Services.
  • Perform break-fix which include troubleshooting and problem identification for any network services.
  • Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.
  • Work closely with Project Manager/ Team Lead to fulfil project deliverables and operational request.
  • Conduct regular scans/patching to ensure managed devices are compliant
  • Establish TAC cases with the principal vendor for complex problem until its resolved.

Qualities We Value

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of hands-on network technical support experience in SI Environment.
  • Cisco certification is preferred, ie. CCNA, CCNP etc.
  • Experience with LAN, WAN, Data and Security networking in implementation, maintenance support and break-fix.
  • Hands-on experience working with Cisco/Alcatel/Dell Switching and Routing, NTP Server, Fortinet and Checkpoints firewall with IPS in Data Centre Technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, STP, LACP, MLAG, Port-Security and other networking Protocols.
  • Maintain Network Documentation, including diagrams and configuration files.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Data Centre Networking.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
