The Operations Manager will be managing the operations for Coastal Radar System. You will need to be able to manage a group of engineers to provide 24/7 maintenance support to the Coastal Radar System and to meet KPI set by our customers.

• Manage day to day maintenance operations for all Coastal Radar System.
• To meet system KPI set by customers.
• To hold regular meetings with customers and to manage their expectation.
• To participate & support presales activities such as prospect enquiry and tender/RFQ/RFO
• Primary point of contact with customers to gather requirement and feedback.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Min. 2 years’ experience in system maintenance.
• Experience in working on Radar Systems is an advantage.
• Experience working in MINDEF/DSTA is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision as well as a team player.
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Good written, presentation and communication skills
• Singaporean only
