About our Line of Business – Cloud & Data Centre Solutions

ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd provides all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build and provide facility management service for mission critical environments such data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to support project planning, execution, and tracking. The Project Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with objectives.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Assist Project Manager in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and distribute project communication, including meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
  • Track and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Facilitate collaboration between teams and ensure smooth communication.
  • Support procurement, invoicing, and budgeting processes when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Qualities We Value

  • 1–3 years of project experience or administrative roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
