Description: 

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Salesforce Consultant. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring its alignment with business goals, and providing ongoing support to enhance overall sales and marketing effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Configuration, Customization and Management:
  • Define CRM tech strategy and target operating models globally.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflow rules.
  • Implement and manage user profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Management of licenses renewals for ST Engineering group.

 

  1. Data Management:
  • Perform data analysis and data cleansing activities to maintain data integrity.
  • Monitor and enforce data quality standards.
  • Plan, supervise and coordinate any data migration.
  • Recommend business process adjustments in line with any data governance policies set up by Corporate.

 

  1. Reporting and Dashboards:
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable analytics.

 

  1. User Training and Support:
  • Develop and conduct user training sessions to promote effective use of Salesforce features.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to address technical issues.
  1. Global Deployment, Integration and Automation:
  • Lead development and execution of global strategy for Salesforce usage and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g.development, marketing and IT etc) to integrate Salesforce with other business applications.
  • Implement automation processes using flow builder, process builder, and other tools.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement as well as implement best practices to ensure ongoing process are always up to date.

 

  1. Requirements Gathering:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Document and maintain detailed business and technical requirements, business processes, workflows and user guides.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in configuration, customization, and data management, with 5 years as Consultant.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator Certification is preferred.
  • Application knowledge of Pardot, CPQ and partner portal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning Components.
  • Familiarity with Apex and Visualforce development.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrix environment, and coordinating projects spanning across multiple business entities.
