ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd provide all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build and provide facility management service for mission critical environments such data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.

As a member of the respondents, you will be part of the team responsible for operational support of Authority's Data Centres (DCs) and expected to work independently. Your primary responsibility is to ensure system functionality, availability, data security, and compliance with industry standards. This includes:
- Facilitating, monitoring and resolving any IT Infra (Hardware) service request/fault.
- Conducting regular audit check to ensure vendor/user comply to Authority's DC policies/processes.
- Ensuring smooth DC operation such as coordinating with Facility Management (FM) for any M&E matters.
You will be working closely with all levels of IT Infra support team and is expected to operate, excel, maintain and monitor operating systems of the Data Centres (DCs) whenever and whatever support service for the enterprise system.
Be Part of Our Success
Data Centre Operation Management
- Work with user (with/without vendor support) for any escorting/installation/decommission/replacement of IT Infra equipment hosted inside the Data Centre, ensuring compliance to Authority policies/processes and update relevant inventories accordingly.
- Carry out periodic checks inside Data Centre, looking out for any:
- Unreported IT Infra hardware fault
- Environmental issue to be addressed (e.g.: Faulty lighting, item obstructing airflow)
- Abnormality status of facility system (e.g.: Air-con) and report it to Facility Management (FM)
- Non-compliance
- Collect power utilization statistic (if required)
- Manage, procure and support provision of Data Centre equipment/systems, peripherals, spares, user documentations and technical manuals.
- Utilise alerting and reporting systems/tools to monitor Data Centre operation and relevant M&E related equipment status (If deemed required by the Authority).
- Work with Asset Management (AM) to perform asset tagging for IT infra equipment.
Technical Support and Problem Resolution
- Response to Data Centre related faults and alerts, for:
- IT-related: Identify problems in Data Centre equipment/system and/or software using appropriate tools. Diagnose fault and log ticket as required as Level 1 support (e.g. faulty hard disk replacement) and ensure fault being rectified.
- M&E-related: Work with Facility Management (FM) to diagnose and coordinate on the repair of any M&E issue that might interrupt the Data Centre operation and update timely to the Data Centre Manager.
- Investigate Data Centre related issues based on the Authority and/or user’s feedback.
- Formulate action plans to resolve problem. Implement action plan and test the system.
- Record the problem and its solution for future reference.
- Escalate any issue to the Authority and/or relevant stakeholders.
- For DC M&E maintenance work, to coordinate with FM for:
- Planned event (e.g.: Annual HT/LT servicing, Quarterly Standby Generator load test) or
- Unplanned (e.g.: Ah-hoc repair)
Inventory and Documentation
- Maintain and update hardware inventory which describes each piece of Data Centre hardware and equipment owned by the organisation.
- Perform annual stocktake of hardware inventory, or as when required by the Authority.
Qualities We Value
- Basic understanding of Network knowledge and components
- Experience in administrating Linux (Redhat) and Windows Server (2016-2025) OS
- Experience in managing virtualization technologies like VMware server/ESXi
- Relevant DC-related professional certifications, such as EPI Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) or Data Centre Certified Associate (DCCA) is a plus.
