Title:  System Engineer

Job Description

• Engineering design, configuration, calculations, drawings, and documentation for the systems
• Prepare specific work packages along with evaluation and selection of sub-contractors
• Execute on-site supervision of the installation and integration of the system
• Ensure accuracy and quality of installed works, check out system readiness, perform functional and sub-system testing
• Be part of system safety group and ensure that safety measures are taken at all times
• Take charge of overall network system testing over satellite link
• Perform on-site acceptance tests with customers/end-users
• Prepare system technical training materials and conduct training to customers/end-users, then ensure smooth hand over of the system to operations and maintenance
• Conduct FAT for equipment and sub-system, design operation and deployment procedures
• Conduct On-Site-Acceptance Test (OSAT) with customer (E.g., Antenna commissioning, baseband system)
• Provide timely engineering support to pre-sales
• Provide timely post sale support.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering
• Min 2 years’ experience in design, integrate, install & commission of VSAT and ESA system preferred
• Knowledge in Microsoft office, Visio.
• Knowledge in Microwave/RF.
• Knowledge of satellite modems/routers (SCPC, TDMA)
• Willing to travel on short notice
• Singaporean only
