As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI models and algorithms that will shape the future of our products and services. You will work on a variety of exciting projects, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, reinforcement learning, and other advanced AI applications. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives

• AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms for various applications (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, etc.).
• Data Preprocessing: Collaborate with data engineers to collect, preprocess, and transform large datasets to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models.
• Algorithm Optimization: Continuously optimize and fine-tune models to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest research in AI and machine learning, applying state-of-the-art techniques to solve complex problems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to align AI solutions with user needs and company objectives.
• Model Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy models into production environments, monitor their performance, and maintain their accuracy and relevance over time.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation for AI models, codebases, and processes to ensure scalability and future improvements.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience working as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a related role or preferably with 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of AI / ML algorithms, data structures, and mathematical concepts.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI models is a plus.
• Deploying offline models such as Gemma 3 or similar is preferable.
• Fine tuning a Model.
• Strong understanding of data science concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
• Ability to work with large datasets and use tools like NumPy, Pandas, and SQL.
• Experience with model evaluation techniques and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to approach complex challenges creatively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Team-oriented and proactive in sharing knowledge and learning from others.
