You will play a critical role in driving the growth of the Products & Solutions Division by identifying new market opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and enabling the commercial success of our product portfolio. This includes leading business development efforts within international defence and public safety & security (PSS) markets — key growth sectors for the Business Unit’s portfolio.
This role works closely with Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure that go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives align with business priorities and global customer needs.
Be Part of Our Success
1) Market & Opportunity Development

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across international defence, public safety & security, and adjacent mission‑critical domains
- Conduct global market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and GTM plans
- Build and maintain opportunity pipelines aligned with revenue targets and the BU’s strategic growth objectives
2) Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building

- Develop and manage partnerships with technology vendors, defence contractors, system integrators, distributors, and international channel partners
- Drive ecosystem collaborations to expand solution offerings, enhance market access, and support cross-border growth
- Negotiate partnership terms, commercial models, and joint business plans to support sustained international expansion
3) Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution

- Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to craft GTM strategies for new product launches and product enhancements
- Define differentiated value propositions tailored to global defence, homeland security, critical infrastructure, and enterprise markets
- Support the creation of commercial packages, pricing structures, and incentive mechanisms for international customers and partners
4) Revenue Enablement & Sales Support

- Collaborate with Sales teams to generate qualified international leads, develop country‑level or agency‑level account strategies, and accelerate deal closures
- Provide product and market insights during customer engagements, including for defence, national security, and public safety stakeholders
- Develop sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, solution briefs, and case studies customised for global markets
5) Product & Commercial Strategy Alignment

- Serve as the business voice to Product teams, ensuring customer needs and market dynamics from global defence and PSS sectors inform product roadmap decisions
- Support business casing, demand forecasting, and commercial validation of product initiatives
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure commercial scalability and readiness of product offerings for international markets
Qualities We Value
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields
- 5+ years in business development, product commercialisation, partnership management, or related roles
- Experience in defence, public safety/security, ICT solutions, mission‑critical systems, or technology product management preferred
- Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and closing commercial opportunities in international markets
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, solution design, and GTM strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market signals and business impacts
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
- Ability to navigate multi‑country market dynamics and government procurement environments
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
