Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various service partners/ recruitment agencies to source for the right candidates to fulfil the required headcount as per contractual requirement.
  • Regular reviews to assess recruitment progress and identifying any hiring challenges and implementing responsive strategies.
  • Support Sales in
    • providing quotations to customer based on contract terms, track and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • completion of designated RFQ compliances
    • following up on purchase orders
  • Manage outsourced staff’s onboarding, setting clear performance goals and maintaining alignment on security protocols.
  • Tracking customer purchase order renewal/extensions and billing milestones.
  • Timely procurement of resources required to support outsourced staff.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Track record in stakeholder management, resource management, outsource recruitment, procurement, account & billing management and risk assessment.
  • Meticulous attention to details. Able to articulate and be responsive to customer’s resource requirements and strengthen recruitment outcomes through collaboration with multiple agencies.
  • Strong and tactful communications skills.  Able to build rapport and mutual trust with internal stakeholders (Ops, Sales, Procurement, HR) as well as external customers.
  • Resourceful and proactive, able to work independently and as a team player.
