You will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects related to our Counter-UAS products for the local and overseas markets. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Be Part of Our Success
- Lead Radio Frequency (RF) domains or Counter Drones-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and budgets specific to RF and Drones technology.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement RF or Counter Drones solutions and ensure project feasibility.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and challenges, providing regular updates and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with RF standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RF or Counter Drones technologies and trends to improve project outcomes.
Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience in RF technologies or Counter Drones applications.
- Strong understanding of RF systems, components, and applications.
- Knowledge of RF technologies and Counter Drones applications.
- Experience in defense, or related industries.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Singaporean Only
- Candidate with more experience may be considered for senior role.
