We are seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the development of project plans, activities and schedule to ensure timely delivery.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in tender project management, maintenance costing & quotation overseeing project profit and loss. 
  • Manage contract requirements, terms, change management, identify potential risks, devise contingency plans and apply effective project management methodologies to ensure appropriate corrective actions are being taken.
  • Track project scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, deliverables and establish/ maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams in project deliveries and introduce appropriate training programs and workshops for project teams.
  • Create a positive team environment by coordinating work effort of each team member in a cohesive fashion and improve procedures/ processes to enhance work efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide regular project communications including status updates to customers, senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Constantly keep abreast of latest technology changes to maintain deployment and operational efficiency.


Job Requirements

  • Possess PMP, CITPM or PRINCE2 certification with strong understanding of project management techniques/ methods and familiar with the usage of project management software, e.g. MS Project.
  • At least 5 years' experience in project management with ability to handle complex projects and technical challenges.
  • A self-driven team player with proven ability to complete assignments with limited resources amidst tight schedules.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Experience in managing deployment of IT infrastructure, such as systems & networks and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Good knowledge of Systems Engineering, Project Management and Systems Integration.
