Title: Client Success Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Manager to join the Managed Cybersecurity Services Division (MCS) within ST Engineering Info-Security Pte. Ltd., located at the ST Engineering Jurong East Building. This role is an integral part of our Cyber Services Business Unit and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients by ensuring the delivery of exceptional cybersecurity solutions and services.
As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organisation and key clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust and mutual success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and objectives, ensuring that our managed cybersecurity services meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients within the Managed Cybersecurity Services Division, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and cybersecurity challenges to tailor solutions that address their specific needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, monitor project progress, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Proactively identify opportunities for service improvements and additional value-adds to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor service performance metrics and provide clients with regular updates, reports, and insights.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for clients to maximise the benefits of cybersecurity solutions implemented.
- Support contract renewals and upsell opportunities by demonstrating the continuous value delivered to clients.
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging cybersecurity threats, and evolving best practices to advise clients effectively.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of client success strategies within the Cyber Services Business Unit.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or related roles, preferably within cybersecurity or IT services sectors.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and managed security services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients at various organisational levels.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and across business units.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in cybersecurity, client management, or project management would be an advantage.
