Description: 

We are seeking a Customer Sucess Manager who will be accountable for a defined set of customers and must manage them in accordance with company policy set to the product level they have committed to.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Participate in project or Maintenance Systems’ meetings and propose improvements if necessary
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and work with engineer for solutions
  • Supervise current projects / Maintenance Systems and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored (System extension, Tech-Refresh and obsolescence replacement).
  • Liaise with backend support group to facilitate Maintenance Systems’ fulfilment and compliance
  • Liaise externally with the rest of Service Partners and contractors to facilitate the project/Maintenance Systems’ fulfilment
  • Generate and analyse Monthly Report and present to end customers
  • Involve in System transition from Project to Maintenance phase
  • Ensure an appropriate and efficient hand-over from Delivery Day 1 to the Maintenance teams
  • Manage engineer scheduling to ensure sufficient resources to deliver maintenance SLA
  • Manage project funding to ensure sufficient funding throughout project period


 

Requirements

 

  • Strong experiences in major IT infrastructure vulnerability assessment, system updates, upgrades, OS hardening and migrations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in team management
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in IT related Fields
  • Experience in project funding management will be advantage.
