Customer Success Manager
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will be accountable for a defined set of customers and must manage them in accordance with company policy set to the product level they have committed to.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer asset inventory during maintenance phase
- Responsible as single point of contact for customer during maintenance & operation phase
- Evaluate potential problems and work with engineer for solutions
- Supervise current maintenance Systems and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Liaise with backend support group to facilitate Maintenance Systems’ fulfilment and compliance
- Liaise externally with the rest of Service Partners and contractors to facilitate the Maintenance Systems’ fulfilment
- Generate and analyse Monthly Report and present to end customers
- Involve in System transition from Implementation to Maintenance phase
- Manage engineer scheduling to ensure sufficient resources to deliver maintenance SLA
- Manage project funding to ensure sufficient funding throughout maintenance period
Requirements
- Experience in major IT infrastructure vulnerability assessment, system updates, upgrades, OS hardening and migrations.
- At least 2 years of experience in team management
- Have at least 4 years of experience in IT related Fields
- Experience in project funding management will be advantage.
