Title:  Cybersecurity Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Support our customer in maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure components.
• Execute installation, configuration, and upkeep of new software and hardware as part of customers’ project requirements.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to customer's IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with principal vendors to manage and resolve complex support issues effectively.
• Manage inventory control and accurate documentation of IT systems and devices.
• Create and implement automation using open-source software to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant cyber-security or professional certifications are preferable.
• Prior experience in system administration, network administration, or cyber-security administration is advantageous.
• Demonstrated strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
