As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and leading the development of advanced cyber security solutions. You will leverage your extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, provide strategic advisories, and deliver robust security systems that protect critical infrastructure and enterprise environments.

This role demands a broad understanding of current and emerging cybersecurity technologies and threats, along with the ability to apply this knowledge to create scalable, effective, and secure architectures tailored to diverse client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive security architectures and solutions across multiple projects within the Cyber Services Business Unit.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in security engineering and software development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, project managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable engineering initiatives.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to enhance system resilience against sophisticated cyber threats.
• Drive research and development initiatives to explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can improve the efficacy and efficiency of security services.
• Engage in continuous learning to keep current with the evolving cybersecurity landscape, including regulatory changes and industry standards.
• Contribute to the company’s thought leadership by publishing white papers, presenting at industry conferences, and participating in professional forums.

Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity engineering, architecture design, or related domains at a senior technical level.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering high-impact security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptographic technologies, network security, cloud security, and threat intelligence.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and provide sustainable solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or similar, are highly desirable.
