Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SOAR playbooks and workflows.
- Create custom integrations and response automation.
- Lead data source integrations.
- Configure connectors and log parsing rules.
- Optimize log collection and retention.
- Build custom workbooks and dashboards.
- Develop detection rules and hunting queries.
- Perform operational and executive reporting.
Minimum Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SOAR platform management, infrastructure operations, or related technical disciplines.
- Hands on experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining platforms.
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools.
- Scripting proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking concepts, protocols, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their security services
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent cybersecurity certification (if any)
