Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for containerized deployments.
• Optimize container orchestration for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate container solutions into existing systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot containerized environments to ensure high availability.
• Maintain documentation for container architecture, deployment processes, and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in containerization and cloud-native ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software development and containerized application management.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Docker for container creation and management.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and scaling.
• Container Security:
• Hardened Docker/Kubernetes deployments, RBAC, Pod Security Policies, image scanning.
• Familiarity with Helm for Kubernetes package management.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their container services.
• Understanding of networking concepts in containerized environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions (ELK stack).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
