Title:  Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of security systems and controls across the organization.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis to identify potential weaknesses in the organization's IT environment.
• Monitor security logs, alerts, and reports to detect suspicious activities and incidents.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues, including malware infections, phishing, and other cyber-attacks.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Support incident response activities, including investigation and mitigation of cybersecurity breaches.
• Assist in the development of test plan, operation manuals and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate security features into new and existing systems.
• Participate in security awareness training for end-users.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Detection and Protection tools.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent certifications is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), and other security tools.
• Good understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK will be good
