Title:  Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Project QA Documentation: Maintain and organize test plans, test cases, quality reports, and other documentation related to quality standards and procedures.
• Coordinate Test Activities: Work with development teams to plan, schedule, and coordinate testing efforts, ensuring all necessary resources and environments are available for testing.
• Track Defects and Issues: Monitor defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) to log, track, and follow up on reported defects. Ensure timely resolution of defects and perform regression testing as needed.
• Ensure Compliance with Quality Standards: Enforce adherence to quality standards, processes, and industry regulations. Ensure product quality complies with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
• Administer QA Tools and Systems: Support and maintain QA tools (e.g., TestRail, Selenium, JIRA) used for test management and defect tracking.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a liaison between the QA team, development, project management, and other departments to ensure clear communication on testing progress and issues.
• Provide Training and Support: Coordinate the training schedule with project teams

Qualifications:

• Education: Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) a plus.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a QA or administrative role (preferably in software or product quality assurance).
• Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, or equivalent defect tracking and test management tools.
• Experience in documenting quality standards, creating test cases, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (ISO, FDA, etc.) is a plus.
