Responsibilities

• Responsible in FPGA design & development using FPGA Development Tools such as: Xilinx Vivado or Quartus FPGAs HDL 
• Manage various stakeholders (internal & external) in the development process

Requirements

• Understanding of FPGA synthesis tools and simulation environments like ModelSim, Vivado Simulator
• Proficiency in hardware description languages: VHDL can be an added advantage
• Digital Design Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of digital circuits, logic design, and timing analysis
• Strong knowledge of digital circuits, logic design, and timing analysis
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize FPGA designs
• Ability to analyze and optimize for power consumption, timing, and resource utilization
• Familiarity with communication protocols, such as PCIe, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART, and USB
• Preferably with experience with high-speed serial interfaces like LVDS, SATA, or DDR memory interfaces
• Knowledge of testbenches, in-circuit debugging, and using tools like logic analyzers or oscilloscopes to verify designs.
  Familiarity with JTAG and debugging tools specific to FPGA-based development
• Strong communication skills to work in team settings and document designs
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Project management skills may be required for senior-level roles, as they may involve leading teams or managing complex FPGA projects
