Job Brief (Full-Time) 

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team and help us create intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces for our cutting-edge AI products. Key Responsibilities

Design and Development: Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end code for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end developers to translate design concepts into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring the best performance across all devices and browsers.

Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our development processes and products.

Testing: Implement comprehensive testing protocols to ensure code quality, reliability, and performance.

Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented development environment.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex web applications.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with Docker.
• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React (preferred), Tailwind.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Design Acumen: Keen eye for design and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with AI/ML: Experience working on projects involving AI, machine learning, or large language models.

Tooling: Familiarity with front-end build tools and modern development workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).

Testing Frameworks: Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
