About The Role:

Prepare & help provide quotations to customers

  • Communicate with customer on the requirements, understand their procurement process to ensure smooth sales process
  • Key into sales portal the opportunity
  • Chase the pricing from vendors/suppliers
  • Prepare the costing sheet & actual quotation before sending out to customer

 

Support the sales team during bid process

  • Download or gather the tender document from portal
  • Prepare submission template
  • Gather information to be included into the tender submission
  • Chase the pricing from vendors/suppliers
  • Assist in tender submission into the portal / tender box

 

Assist & help resolves customer queries

  • Communicate with customer on requirements
  • Coordinate technology sharing session with customer in order to generate new sales lead
  • Good organization skills & the ability to multitask is a plus point

 

Staying informed about cybersecurity product and services

  • Require to attend product sharing & technology update
  • Able to explain & demonstrate features of technology products and services
  • Able to answer customers' queries and send additional information via email
  • Able to upsell products and services

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in related tech/IT industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organization skills and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as salesforce.com
  • Singaporean only
