The Logistics executive reports to the Logistics Lead, play a pivotal role in supporting inventory and stock management. This position is responsible for validating incoming deliveries, maintaining precise system records, preparing monthly inventory and project reports, and ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Additionally, the Logistics Executive actively participates in audits, drives process and workflow improvements, and identifies opportunities to optimize warehouse performance and productivity.

  • Assist the Logistics Lead in managing the inbound and outbound movement of production inventory and project stock.
  • Validate incoming deliveries against accompanying documentation, update system records’ promptly, and escalate discrepancies or damages for resolution.
  • Prepare and support monthly reporting, including inventory updates, stock level tracking, and project storage status.
  • Ensure daily warehouse operations and activities comply with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
  • Support and participate in internal and external audits, follow up and complete corrective action(s) as required.
  • Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, including adoption of AI-enabled tools to enhance and strengthen logistics operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, turnaround time, productivity, and overall warehouse performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational requirements.

 

Qualities We Value

 

  • Knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., WSQ Logistics Operations, safety related courses) are preferred
  • Experience in warehouse operations, critical shipment handling, and familiarity with AI related tools is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with regulatory, safety, and quality compliance requirements
  • Prior experience in audits, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives
  • Proficient in SAP – MM modules, or similar warehouse management systems
  • Good understanding of workflow processes and operational controls
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve safety, productivity, and processes
  • Working location is in Jurong East
