We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager, Commercial & Partnerships to lead revenue growth through indirect channels. This role will focus on expanding market reach, strengthening strategic partnerships, and optimizing partner performance across the region.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, executive relationship management, and strong sales execution to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership Development

  • Develop and execute business plans for nominated strategic partners.
  • Identify, cultivate, and formalize high-value partnerships aligned to company growth objectives.
  • Lead senior executive-level engagements to co-create and drive joint business and market engagement plans, including defined milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor partnership performance, ensuring targets are achieved and challenges are proactively resolved.

2. Partner Enablement & Revenue Growth

  • Drive structured partner enablement initiatives to activate revenue-generating activities.
  • Establish strong mindshare and alignment across partners’ leadership, sales, and technical teams across regions.
  • Enable partners through coordinated sales programs, solution positioning, and technical engagement.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth and brand visibility.

3. Partner Recruitment & Ecosystem Expansion

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new in-country partners aligned to company strategy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, maintaining trust and resolving commercial conflicts (e.g., deal registration or channel disputes).
  • Set clear sales targets and track KPIs including partner-sourced revenue, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with partners on long-term growth strategies, forecasting, and new market development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in channel sales or partner account management within MNCs or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding channel revenue targets.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with strong commercial, contractual, and technical acumen.
  • Proven ability to initiate and scale new business opportunities.
  • Highly goal-oriented, assertive, and hands-on problem solver.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 30%).
