Responsibilities:


• Provide maintenance and support for Customers' IT Network Services.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting large, complex networks comprises of 10 to 20 nodes.
• Experience working with LAN/WAN/WLAN which include:
    •  Cisco Wireless, Routers, Catalyst and Nexus Switches, Firepower, IPS/IDS, ISE, ASA, ESA, WSA, SMA
    •  Alcatel Wireless and OmniSwitch
    •  Arista Switches and Cloudvision
    •  Fortinet, Checkpoint, SolarWinds NPM/NCM/NTA, F5 LTM and Aruba ClearPass
• Perform break-fix which include troubleshooting and problem identification for any network services.
• Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.
• Perform the role of Project Lead / Coordinator in project management for small to medium size projects or Service Requests. 
• Work closely with Service Delivery Manager to fulfil deliverables, service report and operational request.
• Establish TAC cases with the principal vendor for complex problem until its resolved.
• Mentor Tier 1 Engineers and conduct training to align the Engineers’ technical competency.

 


Requirements:


• Required to have minimum 3 – 5 years of hands-on network technical support experience in SI Environment.
• Cisco and Arista certification is preferred. 
• Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data and Security networking in implementation, maintenance support and break-fix.
• Fast-paced environment
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. 
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 
• Good communication and writing skills. 
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to work in 24 x 7 standby duties
