The Product Business Manager (MCP) shall be made responsible to driving business growth and market expansion through strategic planning, research, and development initiatives. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities beyond Singapore market, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation of business strategies to enhance organizational performance.

- Develop and execute business development strategies to strengthen and expand our presence in the associated and adjacent market regionally.
- Plan, develop, and implement policies and strategies for the organization's growth and diversification beyond Singapore market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Perform Market Analysis to review GTM strategy include understanding of customer demands, challenges, and objectives through assessments, information gathering and Customers, technology/industrial engagements.
- Collaborate with sales & business development, product & engineering stakeholders including analysis and selection of appropriate hardware, software, and services to create the winning solution offering to customer and markets.
- Lead product presentations and demonstrations include but not limited to proof-of-concept activities to showcase the capabilities of the proposed communication solutions and address any technical questions or concerns from customers.
- Provide technical expertise and support to business development & sales team throughout the sales cycle, including participating in customer meetings, responding to technical queries, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners to stay informed about the latest products, technologies, and industry trends. This includes evaluating new solutions and incorporating them into proposed designs.
- Ensure up to date with advancements in communication technologies, industry standards, and best practices. Pursuing opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualities We Value
