As a Product Testing and Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting product testing activities to ensure compliance with contractual, quality, and regulatory requirements. This role supports factory acceptance tests (FAT), on-site acceptance tests (OSAT), and qualification tests (environmental, reliability, and performance) to demonstrate readiness for overseas customers. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure products meet agreed specifications and international standards.

  • Prepare and execute test plans, procedures, and reports for FAT, OSAT, and qualification testing.
  • Coordinate and conduct compliance testing against quality, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., IEC, MIL-STD, ISO).
  • Support customer witnessing of acceptance testing, ensuring clear communication of results.
  • Manage test equipment, calibration, and setup for both factory and field test activities.
  • Work with design, production, and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues discovered during testing.
  • Document non-conformances, corrective actions, and ensure traceability of test records.
  • Provide technical input for regulatory submissions, certifications, and export compliance requirements.

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Systems / Science / Management or related discipline.
  • Preferably with 2–4 years of experience in product testing, validation, or compliance engineering (preferably in defense, aerospace, counter unmanned aerial system or high-tech manufacturing industries).
  • Strong knowledge of test methodologies, instrumentation, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with international standards such as MIL-STD-810 (environmental), MIL-STD-461 (EMC), IEC/ISO quality standards.
  • Hands-on experience with environmental qualification tests (vibration, thermal, shock, humidity, etc.).
  • Experience in FAT/SAT execution with overseas customers.
  • Competence in technical documentation, compliance reports, and quality records.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage overseas customers during witnessed tests.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple test campaigns under tight schedules.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for acceptance testing and customer support
  • Knowledge of export control, product certification, and international compliance processes (preferred).
