You will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects related to radar implementation and maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure timely completion according to scope and within allocated budget.
  • Responsible for interfacing and engaging customers on a regular basis to follow up on project progress and status.
  • Responsible to support the bid manager during tender/prospect bids on managing overall project resources and schedule.
  • Responsible for interfacing with internal supporting resources including procurement, legal, finance, QA, HR on project matters wherever necessary.
  • Tasks include but not limited to project planning, project resources allocation, budget preparation, progress monitoring, and keeping all (internal/external) stakeholders updated on project progress and status.
  • Joint responsibility with business owner for the delivery of the planned revenue target.

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Engineering Field e.g. Electronics, Mechatronics
  • Project Professional Management (PMP) Certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Radar System Solutions/Maintenance is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the defense industry (local and/or international) is an advantage.
  • Proven success player as an independent, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in team environment and individually.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation ability
  • Ability to travel overseas if required.
  • Singaporean only
