Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact

As a Senior / CUAS Product Engineer, you will be responsible for Counter Unmanned Aerial System (CUAS) Product Development & System Integration, Product Lifecycle Management and the Product Testing, Verification & Validation and Field Deployments.

Be Part of Our Success

Product Development & System Integration

  • Own the CUAS system architecture (RF sensors, radar, EO/IR, RFDF, RF jammers, C2, AI/ML software)
  • Translate customer operational requirements into engineering specifications
  • Coordinate multi-domain engineering teams:
    • RF/Signal Processing
    • Embedded Hardware/Software
    • Mechanical & Power Systems
  • Validate interoperability using standards (MIL-STD-810/461, FCC/CE, CAAS/FAA)

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage Day-0 / Day-1 / Day-2 operational phases:
    • Day-0: Install & Commission
    • Day-1: Ops Support & Tuning
    • Day-2: Upgrades & Sustainment
    • Maintain roadmaps for new features (e.g. B-RID decoder, radar modes, jammer profiles)
    • Control configuration management and version releases (hardware + firmware + C2 UI)

Testing, Verification & Validation

  • Own system acceptance testing including:
    • RF detection sensitivity + DF accuracy
    • Radar RCS range curves
    • J/S ratio effectiveness vs drone links
    • Track quality & fusion performance
  • Lead factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT)
  • Field Deployments & Operational Support
  • Conduct site surveys, coverage planning, spectrum scans
  • Integrate with command centers (C2/C4I)
  • Provide operator training, manuals, SOPs, and field fixes
  • Capture operational feedback for continuous improvement

Compliance, Export & Safety

  • Handle DL/ECCN export classifications
  • Ensure RF transmission complies with local regulations (CAAS, IMDA, FAA)
  • Support safety cases and airspace authority approvals for drone operations

Vendor & Customer Engagement

  • Work with OEM suppliers (radar, RF modules, EO/IR payloads)
  • Support business development during demos / tenders
  • Respond to technical clarifications, compliance matrices

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / RF / Microwave Engineering, or related field.

Systems Thinking

  • Understands the entire kill-chain: sensing → detecting → tracking → identifying → mitigating.
  • Views radar, RFDF, EO/IR, jamming, and C2 not as parts — but as one coherent system.

Operational Mindset

  • Thinks like the end-user (military, police, air-defense command).
  • Able to translate real-world threats (DJI, FPV, GNSS-spoofing swarm) into practical product decisions.

Bias for Action

  • Not afraid to go to the field, troubleshoot under pressure, and own the outcome.
  • Delivers working solutions.

Technical Curiosity

  • Actively learns new RF protocols, radar modes, AI CV models, jamming tactics, export-control rules.
  • Strong Communication
  • Clear & credible with:
    • Engineers (technical depth)
    • Commanders/operators (mission relevance)
    • Management/customers (value articulation)
    • Can write good reports, SAT documents, and briefs.
  • Singaporean only

Our Commitment That Goes Beyond the Norm

  • An environment where you will be working on cutting-edge technologies and architectures.
  • Safe space where diverse perspectives are valued, and everyone’s unique contributions are celebrated.
  • Meaningful work and projects that make a difference in people’s lives.
  • A fun, passionate and collaborative workplace.
  • Competitive remuneration and comprehensive benefits.
