About R&D for Embedded Systems, Mobility Rail (MRL)

Our team specializes in the development of advanced Embedded Systems for Intelligent Transportation Systems for Smart Metro and MRT Trains. Our Smart Metro solutions include Audio & Video Intercoms, Public Address Amplifiers, Passenger Information Displays, and Video Surveillance technologies. Additionally, we innovate and produce enabling technologies and products with Artificial Intelligence (AI).

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic hardware for embedded systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for products such as audio video intercom systems and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits for embedded products.
• Create and maintain schematics using Altium Designer.
• Conduct verification and validation testing to ensure circuit boards meet design and functional specifications.
• Debugging by changing components, analyze and doing failure analysis to resolve issues.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support during prototype and pilot production phases with manufacturing vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Diploma holders with about 8 years of related experience can apply.
• Good understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective team player with good communication skills
