We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Senior / Engineer, Projects to lead and deliver complex projects within the Mobile-C4I Platform Division. This role is critical in driving end-to-end project execution for advanced communication and sensor systems that support defence operations.

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stringent quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Plan and manage projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and Defence regulations.
• Drive improvements in processes and project delivery.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Engineering / Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing projects (preferably in Defence, Telecom, or Tech).
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of communication or sensor systems is a plus.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Singaporean only
