Title:  Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Project Management Office within the Secure Infrastructure Solutions Business Unit at ST Engineering Info-Security Pte. Ltd. This role is based at our Jurong East Building and offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape the delivery of secure infrastructure projects that are critical to our organisation's mission.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects that deliver innovative secure infrastructure solutions. You will be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams, aligning project goals with business objectives, and ensuring timely and quality delivery. The role demands a strategic thinker who is adept at stakeholder engagement, risk management, and resource optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale secure infrastructure projects within agreed scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project management frameworks and best practices tailored to the Secure Infrastructure Solutions BU.
• Collaborate closely with technical experts, business units, and external partners to define project requirements and success criteria.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring that contingency plans are in place.
• Mentor and coach project managers and team members to build a high-performing, collaborative culture focused on excellence and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, quality standards, and security policies pertinent to info-security infrastructure projects.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven extensive experience in project management within secure infrastructure environments, ideally within defence, information security, or technology sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to communicate effectively across all organisational levels and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (such as PRINCE2, PMP) and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines in complex project landscapes.
• A commitment to fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion within teams and projects.
• Professional qualifications in project management or a related discipline are highly advantageous.
