A strategic operations leader responsible for overseeing Business Unit performance, driving alignment across functions, and ensuring achievement of financial and operational goals. The role manages planning, forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation while optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining strong governance. It also champions continuous improvement, talent support, and business continuity to ensure sustainable growth and operational resilience.
Be Part of Our Success
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Business Unit to ensure efficient and effective delivery of business objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for all BU operations matters, ensuring seamless coordination across different organizational functions
- Drive alignment of operational activities with strategic priorities and business goals
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to achieve BU financial targets
- Lead and manage monthly sales forecasting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Coordinate annual budgeting exercises and ongoing financial tracking
- Monitor and manage unbilled revenue and Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing, ensuring healthy cash flow and timely collections
- Manage BU work plans, tracking execution against key deliverables
- Consolidate monthly ANS reports, providing insights to senior management
- Lead coordination of monthly BU operations and sales meetings, including agenda setting, performance tracking, and follow-up actions
- Oversee headcount planning and tracking to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to support talent management
- Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify, track, and deliver secured and realized CI cost savings
- Promote a culture of innovation and operations excellence
- Serve as the BU BCM Coordinator
- Ensure development, maintenance, and governance of Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
- Plan and execute BCP exercises to ensure operational resilience and readiness
Qualities We Value
- Proven experience in a Head of Operations, Operations Director, or similar leadership role
- Strong track record in operational management, financial control, and business performance delivery
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a complex business environment
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project and operational execution capabilities
- Working location is in Jurong East
