We are seeking highly motivated, demonstrated manager who can bridges product management and sales, This is how our product organization stays intimately in touch with our strategic customers, making sure we understand them and consistently deliver value through our products as well as push new business and support ongoing pre-sales activities. 


Primary role is to define, deliver and manage a secure, scalable and compliant end to end product solution that meet customer needs and align with the overall product and business strategy. It is managerial position that requires hand-on to drive product adoption from technology partnership, vendor/supplier management, pre/post sales, sales/channel enablement to ensure seamless implementation and client/partner success. This role requires a blend of business acumen, strong technical understanding and customer centric approach and need to work closely with sales, product development, marketing and external clients to ensure alignment and drive business value

Responsibilities

Solution Definition & Design
-    Translate product strategy and market requirements into solution-level designs
-    Define how components, systems and services fit together with our product
-    Define how product integrates with third party systems like IAM, endpoint protection (EDR), SIEM and SOC workflows
-    Ensure the solution supports telco-scale and multi-tenant environments, if applicable

Product Management and Sales Alignment
-    Act as the bridge between product management and sales to translate customer needs including industry/business function/technical infrastructure into product feature requirement and product solution
-    Be familiar with technical route/standards/parameters/specifications of product and state product performance/characteristics to clients
-    Develop vertical centric strategy and its respective use cases for different business challenges 
-    Provide solutions and support for pre-sales activities such as discovery/RFP and proposals
-    Create customer-facing product solution blueprints and demos. 

Sales and Technical Training (Internal and Partners)
-    Work with product managers to create product and sales/technical training materials for online and on-site/hands-on
-    Conduct on-site training on sales, implementation on setup/manage concentrator/cloud hosting/use of management console and day 2 support
-    Ensure that all sales/pre-sales team members are fully trained and equipped to sell our products

End to End Product Solution Delivery Ownership
-    Collaborate with product managers, engineers and product operations to ensure that products
-    are developed, delivered and implemented effectively
-    comply with industry standards and built-in risk controls and audit logging for compliance & risk mitigation
-    tech and maintenance support structure for overseas clients are in place and efficient
-    Provide proof of concept/project implementation that integrates with customer infrastructure and day 2 support (trouble shoot and resolve issues ) at initial stage
-    Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for infrastructure configuration and deployment for direct sales

Technology Collaboration and Product Innovation 
-    Work with product managers/engineering team to 
-    Collect customer insights and feedback, translating them into actionable product improvements, shaping the short and long-term product roadmap, 
-    Explore and engage third party technology partners to co-create/collaborate new features enhancement

Marketing Collaboration
-    Work with marketing to 
-    provide technical insights from market plus pain points from use cases that can translate to content for campaign and collaterals
-    refine GTM strategy for different vertical industries

Requirements
1.    Diploma/degree in engineering / technology discipline with Information system security and/or agile certified practitioner preferred
2.    Proven track record in 
-    Identifying customer requirements, understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions
-    delivering MVP/POC, sales performance and manage complex projects (digital transformation/automation) across different industries
3.    More than 8 years of experience in solution management, product management, pre-sales/sales engineering, project management/deployment in field of ICT/IoT/digital system/software platform
4.    Strong understanding of relevant technologies and system is required
5.    Have delivered future of work, remote workforce and/or IoT-enabled solution
6.    Sold to / worked through local/overseas Telco as a channel partner
7.    Have done
a.    Customer/partner workshop to determine product-market & product-partner fit getting insights on evaluation/decision and cost-benefit criteria
b.    Platform based MVP that includes cloud infrastructure / product microservice, hardware selection 
c.    Co-create solution in collaboration with startups/corporations to offer joint solution
