We are seeking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Assistant Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Project Initiation:
  • Define project scope, goals, and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Secure necessary resources and approvals.

• Project Planning:
  • Create detailed project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS).
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
  • Develop effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.

• Project Execution:
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Implement effective change management processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets and track financial performance.

• Project Closure:
  • Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
  • Finalize project documentation and reports.
  • Transition project deliverables to operations or maintenance teams.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Project Management / Engineering / Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management will be an advantage.
• Candidates with PMP certification will be an advantage.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Singaporean only
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior role.
