Our Advanced Networks & Sensors business specializes in platform digitalization, advanced connectivity, and cutting-edge manufacturing. This diversity of capabilities presents a range of roles through which you can contribute to the development of innovative, secure, and patented products. Join our team and play a crucial role in developing tomorrow’s technology and connectivity solutions and services to sectors spanning defence, public security, government, and the commercial realm. Your work will have a global impact as we empower customers through advanced communications, intelligent sensors, and the deployment of AI-enabled Edge applications for mission-critical roles.

Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior RF Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of Counter Unmanned Aerial System (CUAS) technologies with a primary focus on Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum engineering for drone detection, classification, and mitigation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrating multi-sensor CUAS platforms and a deep understanding of the RF landscape including signal analysis, direction finding, and electronic countermeasures.

You will play a key role in delivering mission-critical capabilities to protect high-value assets and critical infrastructure. This role requires technical leadership, field-readiness, and a willingness to support high-stakes events, which may require extended hours under operational pressure.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Lead the design and implementation of RF-based detection, classification, and tracking solutions for CUAS applications.
  • Conduct RF spectrum surveys, characterize RF signatures, and develop algorithms for drone signal identification.
  • Integrate and optimize RF and non-RF sensor subsystems (e.g., radar, EO/IR, acoustic) into a unified CUAS platform.
  • Collaborate with software and hardware teams to ensure seamless data fusion, system interoperability, and mission readiness.
  • Provide on-site support for live demonstrations, critical infrastructure protection events, and emergency deployments—often requiring long or irregular hours.
  • Author technical documentation, including CONOPS, interface control documents, and test plans/reports.
  • Lead or contribute to system validation and verification efforts including lab, field, and red team testing.
  • Liaise with government customers, defence partners, and internal stakeholders to refine requirements and improve system capabilities.
  • Monitor evolving UAS threats and maintain up-to-date knowledge of RF protocols, spectrum regulations, and counter-drone technologies.

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Possess 3 years of experience in RF engineering, signal analysis, or electronic warfare.
  • Demonstrated expertise in RF spectrum analysis, signal classification, and protocol decoding (e.g., Wi-Fi, ISM bands, remote control links).
  • Experience with CUAS platforms, sensor fusion, or related Defence systems.
  • Strong background in systems integration, including RF front ends, SDRs, and embedded systems.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MATLAB, GNU Radio, SDR platforms (e.g., Ettus/USRP, HackRF, BladeRF), spectrum analyzers, and direction-finding equipment.
  • Ability and willingness to support high-priority operational events, which may include extended or irregular working hours.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with machine learning for RF signal classification.
  • Knowledge of military communications protocols and electronic support measures (ESM) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DoD systems engineering frameworks and MIL-STD testing protocols.
  • Singaporean only
  • Open to contract, renewal

Our Commitment That Goes Beyond the Norm

  • An environment where you will be working on cutting-edge technologies and architectures.
  • Safe space where diverse perspectives are valued, and everyone’s unique contributions are celebrated.
  • Meaningful work and projects that make a difference in people’s lives.
  • A fun, passionate and collaborative workplace.
  • Competitive remuneration and comprehensive benefits.
