Title:  Senior Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation and Safety 

  - Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety protocols. 

  - Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.

  - Monitor and control processes using visual observation, process data and on-line testing.

2. Machine Troubleshooting

  - Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with production equipment. 

  - Work collaboratively to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. 

3. Preventative Maintenance

  - Perform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failures. 

  - Document and report maintenance activities and suggest process improvements. 

4. Support Other Duties 

  - Assist with tasks and projects as directed by the supervisor. 

  - Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines. 

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with a focus on machine operations and maintenance. 

- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including AM/PM 

- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. 

- Strong teamwork and communication skills to foster collaboration. 

- Physically fit with good stamina and strength to handle the demands of the role. 

- Preferably with background in electro-mechanical systems or related technical expertise
