You will be a key technology partner to our customers in the Defence sector to thrive on developing the next breakthrough for the defence and security of Singapore. Working closely with the Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will be part of a development team to be involved in the system engineering, integration, qualification and testing activities of the prototype System at the Customer premises.

Be Part of Our Success

• Involved in the complete Project cycle from design, development, integration, testing to delivery.
• Acquire know-how on the System assembly and disassembly, operation, integration & testing and troubleshooting processes.
• Perform System Installation, Checkout, Integration & Testing tasks leading to the successful commissioning and delivery of the System.
• Generate the required documentation – System Design & Build documents, wiring lists and diagrams, interface control documents, technical manuals, Acceptance Test Plans and Procedures and test reports.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Systems Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Willing to work outdoors some of the time and at different sites (in Singapore), or after office hours if needed.
• Good knowledge in at least one area of RF/ microwave, electrical systems, AI/ML
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.   
• Strong interpersonal and communication finesse.
• Proactive problem-solving prowess.
• Independent learner and a team player.
