The primary duty of the Project Assistant is to provide engineering & administrative support to the engineers and management to keep the business operations running smoothly.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences.
  • Provide general administrative support to engineers working at site.
  • Tracking of monthly billings for respective projects and to complete the billing process
  • Procure, manage and taking regular inventory of office equipment and office supplies.
  • Managing contract with proper filing system.
  • Maintain and upkeep Department’s data and records. 
  • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks/assignments/projects assigned by Management.

 

Qualities We Value

  • Previous working experience in Government entities will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Singaporean only
  • Open to 1 year contract (renewable)
