Title:  Senior Executive, Business Analysis

Responsibilities

• Work with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to understand business needs, operational processes, and system requirements.
• Lead requirements elicitation activities such as workshops, interviews, walkthroughs, and discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and comprehensive requirements documentation.
• Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed changes or system enhancements.
• Translate technical concepts and solution designs into business-friendly language to ensure alignment and clarity across stakeholders.
• Manage, maintain, and track requirements, including changes, dependencies, assumptions, and traceability.
• Assist in testing activities, including test scenario preparation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, defect clarification.
• Participate in solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and implementation discussions.
• Prepare, maintain, and update project-related documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system implementation projects.
• Experience in business process analysis, data modelling, and process mapping.
• Proven experience working and managing stakeholder experience with multiple user groups and external vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify risks or issues early.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with biometric and access control system will be advantageous
