Title:  Senior Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Detailed design and analysis through simulation of sub-circuits such as: transitions, amplifiers, filters, couplers, mixers, PLL, signal detection, etc.
2. Test and evaluate sub-circuits design
3. Mechanical design consideration for efficient integration and optimization for manufacturability
4. Development of testing methods and systems
5. Supporting transition from prototype designs into manufacturing
6. Supporting EMI / EMC testing
7. Product cost awareness & Interaction with vendors and customers, where appropriate
8. Continuous search of new RF solutions and technologies
9. Design, Test and Integration of RF Modules into Spacecraft
10. Launch and Early Orbit Support of the Spacecraft

Job Requirements:

1. Good degree in electrical engineering with emphasis in RF or radio communication.
2. Passion in Space, RF or radio design and communication
3. Understanding of RF components such as LNA, HPA, hybrid couplers, Wilkinson dividers, waveguide, circulators, and directional couplers
4. Knowledge of EMI / EMC, digital communication systems and modulation types
5. Understanding of RF concepts such as AGC, noise figure, power amplifier, phase noise, PLL, oscillators/mixers
6. Knowledge of ADS, CST, MATLAB, Python or equivalent tools for design, modelling and analysing of RF systems
