Assistant Executive (Customer Service, Business Centre)

Responsibilities

 

  • Attend to guests’ needs including general office functions or clerical support such as photocopying, printing and data entry. Other general attendant work to upkeep the Business Centre.
  • Provide admin/logistic support to the Corporate Marketing team in the development and management of customer event publicity e.g. screensaver, posters, survey, festive ecards and corporate gifts.
  • Man the Business Centre and ensure the dining area, meeting room, offices are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Assist guest(s) with clerical support including escorting visitors from guard house to the Business Centre when required.
  • Keep proper documentation/record for all F&B and amenities including overalls, safety gears for customers.
  • Perform other supporting functions as delegated by the manager.

 
Requirements

 

  • GCE O Level, ITE in guest management, marketing, hospitality, PR, business and etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess good administrative skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attitude, team player and customer oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes
