Assistant Admin Executive - Orders Processing (Pioneer Sector)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for work processes that involved data processing in SAP system
- Listing of work notifications
- Convert work notification to maintenance orders
- Scan documents into SAP system
- Listing of purchase orders
- Close maintenance orders
- Seeking payment via SAPmail
- Checking of purchase order details
- Register new sub-contractor and renew sub-contractor's validity in SAP
- Tracking and update of Sub-contractor invoices and Tax invoices
- Assist to source and consolidate the Vendor/Contractor's quotation for Commercial Executive.
- Perform work processes that concerned Key Performance Indicators in maintenance contracts
- To work closely with Ship Repair Managers, Commercial Executives and Production Team to upkeep and update the data accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Possess NTC in Office Skills / GCE O Levels
- Proficient in MS Words and MS Excel
- Proficient in SAP MM will be advantageous
- Able to multi-task
- Able to handle and pay attention to details
- Willing to work in a 'Restricted' and fast-pace environment

- Location: Pioneer Sector 2 area
- Nearest MRT/Interchange: Joo Koon Station/ Joo Koon Bus Interchange
- Daily Transportation Reimbursed on monthly basis
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
