Job Description:

  • Lead a team of procurement executives to manage the following:

    • Conduct procurement processes of sourcing, tendering, evaluation, contract management and supplier performance management in accordance with policies and guidelines

    • Ensure materials/services purchased are in accordance with user specifications

    • Monitor and manage supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organisational requirements and expectations

    • Coordinate with Finance on payment related matters

  • Conduct market research and engage industries to understand supplier landscape and market supply conditions

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedures

  • Compile and prepare relevant monthly reports

  • Innovate and add value to the procurement processes

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related fields

  • At least 3 to 5 years of procurement working experience

  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Possesses good interpersonal skills and team spirit

  • Singaporean Only
