Assistant Manager (Admin)

Responsibilities:

  • Overseas day-to-day HR operational processes  and general administration services
  • Overseas recruitment process, new hire orientation, time management and exit process
  • Overseas all HR services including but not limit to company facilities such as car park and cafeteria, office equipment such as CCTV, photocopiers and PABX, managing transport, uniform and dormitory
  • Manage Communications
  • Able to work with COE
  • Supervise the HR & Administration team on a daily operations
  • Ensure all HR & administration operations are complied with the laws & regulations
  • Annual review the Handbook/SOP recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws
  • Monitor the HR cost & administration expenses
  • Perform any other ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in  Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 5 years solid experience including 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to take initiative and build trustful relationship
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of Singapore labor law and related regulations
  • Comfortable to review high volume of administrative transactions
  • Meticulous with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in MS office
